The America Nepal Medical Foundation (ANMF) 2007 conference is being hosted jointly with our newly formed sister organization Canada Nepal Medical Society (CNMS). To qualify for the special room rates listed above, attendees must let the hotel reservation clerks know that you will be attending the CNMS (Canada Nepal Medical Society) event; most likely they will not recognize the America Nepal Medical Foundation (ANMF), as their booking system allows them to record only a single sponsor. To be sure you qualify, use the conference code CANNPL0622. Conference rates at this hotel are available for several days before and after the meeting for those who wish to extend their visits.
All reservations must be received by Wednesday, May 23, 2007. After this date, any remaining rooms will be released for general sale, and will be offered on a space available basis at the prevailing rates.
