Dear Dr Sunil,

We have just started the project as it got late because of CA election and all.

I am sending some of the picture of the patients of cataract (treated in our hospital), retinoblastoma (very late stage, and rare presentation) OR room and visual examination in children. We are planning to give training about eye examination to the local health workers.

Regarding the equipments, the Indian company, Ophthalmic manufactures are supplying mainly the IOLs which are available from Tilganga eye centre, Nepal in very low price . I am in the process of getting one portable handheld PALM SCAN , A scan machine which will be very useful for our work. This is supplied by one Indian dealer and the price also is not very high. I will keep on sending the progress report in future.
