Don Blair was a founding member of ANMF and served as Chairman of the Board until 2002. Since 1984 he is Professor of Medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, New York and was Chief of the Infectious Diseases Division and attending Staff Physician at the University Hospital in Syracuse, NY. He is Medical Director of the Designated AIDS Center, and of the TB Control program of Onondaga County. He has numerous professional publications and abstracts, and has experience administering and implementing National Institutes of Health grants. Dr. Blair was part of the team that organized and presented the Internal Medicine CME program in Kathmandu in 1998, and the Infectious Diseases CME Program in Pokhara, Nepal in 2002.
