Fourth ANMF Convention Atlanta 2000

  • ANMF started its Fifth year with annual meeting at CDC / Emory University, Atlanta June 9-10, 2000
  • about 50 participants from North America and Nepal
  • Birth of ANMF Project Committee - Fred Shepardson, Roshan Shrestha, Sanjay Khanal

Meetings with ANMF Nepal

  • ANMF Nepal Meeting, August 2000
    • welcomed the project proposal concept
    • plan to expand membership and form a formal executive body
  • ANMF Nepal Meeting, March 2001
    • Dr Don Blair and Julia Shepardson
  • Need more active role of ANMF Nepal
    • establish a formal office in Kathmandu?

ANMF Membership

  • Database of over 250 ANMF members and friends
  • one new Life Member added this year - Dr Donald Blair
  • 27 new membership and renewals during Dec. 2000 membership drive
